How we use your information when fulfilling purchases from our online shop 

If you choose to make a purchase from our online shop, we will use the information you provide to fulfil your purchase. Our legal basis for using your personal information for this purpose is for the performance of a contract. 

This shop functionality is provided by Splash Clothing Ltd. They are our data processor for this purpose. In turn, a number of mutually agreed sub-processors are utilised to manage the provision of goods, payment, and delivery services. 

We may occasionally also use your contact information to email you information about similar products that you might be interested in. You can choose to unsubscribe from receiving these communications at any time. 

We keep the record of your purchase in line with our financial record keeping legal obligations.
